We do not offer cancellations for bookings. When you reserve with us, please be aware that you may not receive a refund if something unexpected arises. To avoid this risk, we encourage you to take advantage of our walk-in appointments, which provide more flexibility for your schedule!

If you dropped off your child, we have a 5 minute grace period after the session ends to pick up your child.
After the 5 minutes we charge $1 per minute that your child is not picked up.
The 15 minutes in between sessions we take very seriously in sanitizing the toys and room. Thank you for cooperating with us!

If you choose to cancel your booked birthday party or field trip, please note that your deposit will be forfeited. If you paid in full, please contact us to discuss refund options.

By scheduling an appointment or booking a session with Com'on Play Kids, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Pricing and Discounts
Standard Rate: $15 per child, per session (ages 1-10).
Sibling Discount: $10 per additional child after the first child at the full rate, applicable to family members (siblings) only.
Drop-Off Rate: $22 per child, per session.
Sibling Discount for Drop-Off: $18 per additional child after the first child at the full rate, applicable to family members (siblings) only.
The discounted rates for siblings are exclusively for immediate family members. By scheduling under these terms, you confirm that all children booked in a session under discounted rates are siblings. For children who are not siblings, please create separate bookings.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
No Refunds for Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for canceled appointments, parties, or field trips.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you believe a refund may be warranted, please reach out to discuss your situation.
3. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment or making a booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.

We appreciate all the questions about Little Learning Days! Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions… we’re always happy to help.
1. What does Little Learning Days cost?
Little Learning Days costs $350 per month. We do not charge a supply fee or an enrollment fee.
2. Is the cost different if I book a day vs. a week vs. a month?
Yes. Pricing varies depending on the length of enrollment.
The monthly rate is the most affordable option.

Our daily schedule includes:
• Free Play
• Wash Hands & Snack Time
• Storytime
• Music & Movement
• Craft Time
• Free Play
• Wash Hands & Lunch
• Rest Time around 12:30-1pm4. What is your child-to-teacher ratio?
Our ratio depends on the ages of the children, but it is typically 6–7 children per teacher.
5. Will you be teaching a curriculum?
Yes. We teach the children something new each week and focus on a specific topic.
6. What if my child does not nap?
No problem. During quiet time, all children will lay down.
If a child does not nap or cannot sleep, we provide quiet activities such as reading books.
7. Can I enroll for multiple months at a time?
Absolutely. You can enroll for multiple months directly Booking Page.
Doing so secures your child’s spot in the class.
8. Will I get updates about my child’s day?
Yes. We communicate through the GroupMe app, where teachers send updates and parents can ask questions.
At the end of each week, parents will also receive an email recap with photos.
9. Is there a sibling discount?
No, we do not offer a sibling discount at this time.
